CHICKEN AND BITTER GORD IN BLACKBEAN SAUCE.


STIR FRY CHICKEN AND BITTER GORD IN BLACK BEAN SAUCE.

Ingredients:
1/2 a chicken, cut up
marinade with 1 tablesp. oyster sauce
1 med, size bitter gord.
1/2tablesp black sauce
1 tablesp soy sauce
1 tablesp. chinese wine
1 teasp. sesame oil
1 teasp. cornflour
abit of sugar and salt and pepper to taste.
slice up 1" ginger and chop up 3 pods of garlic.
1 1/2 tablesp.of blackbean sauce.

In a wok, heat up 2 tablesp. sesame oil, add the sliced ginger and chopped garlic.Add in bitter gord stir well, stir in the blackbean sauce, add in the marinated chicken, mix well, add 1/2 cup water simmer, more water can be added till chicken is cooked.

TIP.
For those who don't like the bitter taste of the bitter gord, cut up the gord, boil for 10 mins in water with 1 tablesp. of sugar.
