Easy Seafood Pasta

This is a dish simple and easy to cook.
Its a East meets West and oh so fabulous!

You need.
1 packet Angel hair pasta
chicken stock or what ever stock you like( I used fish stock)
2 med. size crab , clean , cut and quartered.
1/2 kilo pipies
1/2 kilo fresh prawns.
1 bunch spring onions
chopped up garlic and 3 slices ginger
sesame oil
chinese wine or white wine

Boil the pasta in a big pot and while that is cooking , boil the pipies in stock and keep aside.

In a big wok, fry some chopped garlic, add in prawns , stock and cook, dish out, keep aside.
In the same wok, add oil, fry garlic, ginger, add crabs, stock and cook the crabs.
When the pasta is ready, add to the crabs, add the pipies, and the prawns, give it a stir, add a dash of sesame oil, some chinese wine , lots of pepper, garnish with the spring onions.
Take the whole wok on to the table and serve from the wok.
Enough for 7.
Enjoy.

Tip.

You can add, scallops, fish and squids too.
