This hot noodles is a hot favourite with most Malaysians and Singaporeans. There are many types of laksa, this is a sea food curry laksa. The soup base is more on the curry side, and the stock is made from dried prawns, ginger, onions, serai. for a rich stock you can use chicken bones.
coconut milk and milk is added to the soup at the end of cooking.
For the topping, you can also use anything you wish.
Some people make up their own ingredients but you can use a good curry powder and end up with a very good laksa too.
